Chicken Corn Soup

This preparation is for one of my special Didi.....very easy to cook and very healthy....MantuDi this is for u... :)






Ingredients:
Boneless chicken sliced in small pieces 100gm,sweet corn 5-6 tablespoon,chopped carrot 2-3 teaspoon,chopped beans 2-3 teaspoon,1egg,cornflour 1teaspoon,chopped spring onion 1-2 teaspoon,chopped ginger 1-2 teaspoon,soya sauce 1 teaspoon,1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,salt(as per taste),black pepper powder 1 teaspoon,butter 1 teaspoon

Procedure:
First of all take the chicken,add salt,pepper, ginger garlic paste,water and boil it for about 10-15min.
Now take out the chicken stock in a diierent container.Then take a frying pan,put it on a medium flame and add butter,spring onion,ginger,carrot,beans,sweet corn and boiled chicken one by one.Now shallow fry it for about 2-3 mins and then add the chicken stock.Let it boil and at boiling time break the egg and directly put it in the stock and then stir it properly so that the egg got mixed with the stock.Now add some salt and soya sauce and about 1/2 cup of water and let it boil again.Then take a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of cornflour and 4-5 teaspoon of water and mix it really well.
Then add this mixture into the soup and continuously stir it till the consistency of the soup changes and it become thicker.
Then serve it with croissant or just as it is.... :)
