Mutton with Cabbage


Ingredients:
Mutton 300gms,1/2 small size cabbage cut in julian,1 potato (cut it in equal 4 piece like dice)1 sliced onion, ginger paste 1 teaspoon,garlic paste 1 teaspoon,1-2 teaspoon garam mashala powder,red chili powder 1 teaspoon,cumin powder 1 teaspoon,coriander powder  1/2 teaspoon,turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon,1bay leaf,whole garam masala consist of 2 Cardamom(elach),2 cloves(labongo)and 1 Cinnamon(daruchini),salt,3-4 tablespoon white oil(vegetable or olive)

Process:
We will do the preparation in pressure cooker.First of all put your pressure cooker on high flame and add oil in it.Once the oil warmed up add whole garam masala and bay leaf on that.Now add sliced onion and fry it until it turns into light brown.Then add the cabbage and fry it about 5-7min. After that add mutton, potato,ginger garlic paste,chili powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder and salt one by one.Mix it really well and cook it on high flame till oil came out from the gravy(valo kore koshe nite hobe).After that add 1 cup of water and put on the lid of the cooker and let it whistle for 3-4 times.Now your Mutton with cabbage is ready to serve..
