Language of the Blog????

I am getting complains from my non-Bengali friends about the language of the blog. As I am sharing all the recipes in Bengali only it is not reachable for them. I am really confused. So friends please help me out and let me know should I continue this as it is or I should change it to English. Please post your suggestions and comments.
